There's room for the whole family in this classic Lopez beach house.

Peninsula House is furnished in a comfortable, casual style with whimiscal elements that will delight you. Folks will gather in the central great room for board games, fabulous meals, & good conversation and or head to a private sitting area to to watch tv, play games, or read a book.

Two decks on two levels give you a perch to look out over the water and neighboring islands. But we think you'll spend alot of time enjoying the view from the magnificent beach. Peninsula House is where you can find that perfect picnic place, run your toes through the sand, and feel completely refreshed with the sun on your face and the sea breeze ruffling your hair.

Guests are required to post a $1,000 security deposit as a condition of renting this home; the option of purchasing a Damage Waiver is not available. (See Policies.) Names and ages of all guests will be required at booking confirmation.
