Just included in our portfolio of homes in April 2010! This terrific waterfront home is located only one and a half miles from historical Roche Harbor Resort, a location that provides for convenient shopping, casual and fine dining, and even a little nightlife. Private roads (paved) provide for great bike rides and you can take miles of enchanting and safe walks to enjoy the evening afterglow. You might also launch small boats and kayaks from the community beach down the road at the isthmus or just sit on a log to enjoy the spectacular sunsets.

There are three bedrooms with full baths, one on each of the three levels of this home, to afford ample privacy for all guests. The home is designed for couples or singles traveling together; the upper level master with a king bed has a sitting area in the loft; the lower level features a mini-fridge and coffee bar. (There is a sofa-bed in the lower level den, however please call to book when there are more than six guests in your party as an additional charge of $75 charge per day fee will apply.)

Preparing a meal in the well equipped kitchen, relaxing with good friends by a crackling fire, and enjoying the scenic views from the spacious and comfortably decorated great room - this is an island haven you will not soon forget! There’s also a hot tub at the edge of the bank where you might enjoy a long summer evening under the stars.

WIFI is included and cell coverage is generally good. You might bring also some DVD’s as there is no cable television. (Relax – you’re on vacation. Join the crowd in the bar at Roche Harbor if you want to catch the game!)

Site Advisory: Please be aware that this home has mid-bank waterfront exposure and although the owners welcome families, the home may not be suitable for young children.

And, sorry, pets cannot be accepted under any circumstances as the homeowner suffers from severe allergies.
